Lektra L’eau is a high-performance electrolyte and vitamin powder designed to replace the salts lost in heavy sweating, while also supplying B vitamins and betaine to support metabolism, immunity and overall performance. One daily dose replaces the salt loss of approximately four litres of sweat.
